ABOUT THIS PROJECT
Historically Vietnamese Robusta Coffee has had a bad reputation worldwide as the "Big Coffee" pushes Arabica coffee worldwide. During these last years, Robusta coffee however has advanced dramatically. Especially with high quality Fine Robusta. A Robusta that is being produced in small batches with extremely high quality controls and measures.
The Vietnam Coffee Project aims to bring and introduce the taste of high-quality Vietnamese coffee (cà phê) to Germany and other parts of the world.
Local farmers shall play a role in this business,in getting properly compensated, but also in selection and harvesting of sustainable and good quality coffee.
Consumers shall be able to fully understand and see where the coffee they are holding is coming from - from the coffee tree to the cup.
